Elle Ingalls here. I met JT in Denver a week ago and hopped right on a podcast video with him. As a performance coach, I've helped coaches and athletes in a variety of sports gain a deeper understanding of the stress response and how it causes us to underperform, diminish our health. In the past, I coached high school varsity boys and girls track in NH and boys middle school boys and girls track in MI as an assistant. I was a hockey cheerleader, basketball player, and runner (#1 two-miler and #5 sprinter) in high school, and at the University of Michigan, I rowed Varsity starting my freshman year. I was a PE major for a year before switching to music and was in clinics with coaches like Bo Schembechler. Happy to be a part of this group!
