Pack Nation, we’re starting a live working session on the first and third Thursdays of each month, from 7–9 p.m. Mountain. Bring a real situation you keep running into. We’ll get clear on what you want to create, look at how things work today, and change the setup that keeps producing the same result.
Say you want players to run warmups, but every delay ends with you taking over. We can work on who owns each station and when you step in. You’ll leave with a change you can test at practice and a way to tell if it helped.
