For years, I thought my mission was to become the best coach in the world. To have the biggest impact. To be recognized for my expertise.
And while those things aren't bad, I was missing the point entirely.
The real mission isn't about ME being phenomenal.
It's about YOU.
It's about the coach who's been grinding for 10 years with no recognition.
It's about the volunteer coach who shows up every Saturday to work with kids whose parents can't afford expensive programs.
It's about the coach who believes in a kid when nobody else does.
THAT'S where the real impact is.
THAT'S what changes the world.
So I'm shifting my focus. Instead of asking "How do I become the best?" I'm asking "How do I serve the coaches who are already doing this work?"
Because you don't need me to be phenomenal.
You need to know that YOU are.
