Hi! I'm Emmanuel!

Hi everyone! I'm formally introducing myself. I'm Emmanuel, originally from Mexico buy I have been living in the US since 2012. I currently live in San Diego CA and my wife and I are W2 employees in the tech industry. We have been buying STRs to use as offset for our taxes but we have been funding them mostly with our own cash. We have great credit scores and want to utilize them to the best way possible and get more funding for future projects that are near.
