Sir, earlier I was regular at 5 am sessions, but in the middle I had delay in the sleep time, due to that I was not able to follow regularly, can you pls share some powerful techniques to fix up this routine, I'm ready to follow this from tomorrow onwards.
and most of the times I will overthink a lot if some one says something or regret of not completing things at a time, can you pls help me for this as well.
