I had an incredibly long / full week last week and didn't do any of the workouts. But my win for the week was I was on the job site getting my game plan for the day and I noticed that I was feeling pretty dang good. Not bloaded or tired, but ready for the day. I'm one pond away from being in the next decade in the scale and I haven't been able to get there for nearly 6 months, so I'm pretty proud of myself. My other win is my sugar cravings are starting to go away and it's interesting that when I cheat I can notice exactly what the different foods are doing to me. I'm excited to start the new week 🙂
