TOTAL BODY CHALLENGE RESULTS MAY 2026
I wanted to say thank you for this program. It gave me challenges and accountability which sometimes is hard to hold yourself to on your own. All in all its been great. I never was completely all in on the meal plan, just because I'm a very picky eater, but I tried staying as close to the plan as possible with what was in my own fridge and pantry. I just got home from our family cruise and a little scared to get on the scale. Pre-cruise weight (230 lbs) I wanted so badly to end this challenge in the next decade down:) But by doing this program, I was able to be mindful of portion sizes and quantity. I only gained 4.4 lbs which is half of my typical, lol. So, that is my first win. My other wins are I'm loving where I am mentally and how I feel physically. In total, down 7 inches and 13 pounds. Thank you!!

Win for the week
I had an incredibly long / full week last week and didn't do any of the workouts. But my win for the week was I was on the job site getting my game plan for the day and I noticed that I was feeling pretty dang good. Not bloaded or tired, but ready for the day. I'm one pond away from being in the next decade in the scale and I haven't been able to get there for nearly 6 months, so I'm pretty proud of myself. My other win is my sugar cravings are starting to go away and it's interesting that when I cheat I can notice exactly what the different foods are doing to me. I'm excited to start the new week 🙂
2nd week check in.
Still struggling with menu, but think I did at least half. Only got in two workouts this week but did my first yoga class. Lots of fam gathering this week which means lots of food. I went up 3 lbs, but trying to real it back in. I also did a 5k today with my kids. It's been a good week but I need to do better.

My weekly win is I hit 10 lbs today!! The best part is I still feel it moving that direction. I mixed up a couple of circuits this week, but still doing good. ;)
Celebrate your wins!
What we focus on increases! So tell everyone in a post on our Skool community (not a comment below) all about something you did right or are really happy about regarding the challenge. I’ll start… My big win this past week- I actually did every assigned workout! I’m working on being more consistent and less sporadic and this was on point this week. I can feel the difference and I’m already feeling stronger.

I did my grocery shopping today, but been trying to watch my food and follow along as close to the suggested diet as possible, and I've only had one soda for the week, which is great! I did the way in and took measurements. Started at 243 and today weighed in at 236.5. Still not sure about putting in a picture for all to see;) I still need to write down my WHY, but will get that done today and I'll hit the workouts for the week. Here's to a better me and all of you!!
