Hey everyone! I'm Jen and I tackle the mindset portion of this Challenge. I'm so excited for this next one! I can tell you that I KNOW this plan works. If your goals are to reduce inflammation and pain, feel and look better in your body, gain strength and flexibility and (as a woman who just hit 50) age powerfully and gracefully... You're in the right place. I know how to do all the things to be successful. My struggle to be healthy typically starts with keeping my mind right so I can keep a positive attitude and keep going when everything doesn't go according to plan. And let's face it... that happens often in life. (We've all been there. You eat a cookie and then think, "Well I've already ruined the day. I may as well give up.") I've put together some thoughts and tips to help with all those blocks we come up with in our heads that keep us from achieving our goals. The goal isn't perfection. The goal is to feel good. Get really clear about your goals and why they're important to you and let's do this!!!

So you are here, what next? Well, go to the tab that says “classroom” and find the challenge starting June 1st to get registered and have access to the tools you will need. I will be contacting all registered participants this week to make sure you know how to get the most out of the challenge. TOTAL BODY CHALLENGE RESULTS MAY 2026
I wanted to say thank you for this program. It gave me challenges and accountability which sometimes is hard to hold yourself to on your own. All in all its been great. I never was completely all in on the meal plan, just because I'm a very picky eater, but I tried staying as close to the plan as possible with what was in my own fridge and pantry. I just got home from our family cruise and a little scared to get on the scale. Pre-cruise weight (230 lbs) I wanted so badly to end this challenge in the next decade down:) But by doing this program, I was able to be mindful of portion sizes and quantity. I only gained 4.4 lbs which is half of my typical, lol. So, that is my first win. My other wins are I'm loving where I am mentally and how I feel physically. In total, down 7 inches and 13 pounds. Thank you!!

I am doing photos and measurements today and look forward to touching base on Monday! I wanted to share these pics and express my gratitude for this program. The 8 weeks went by quick and it was not impossible to do. I feel amazing! I can definitely see some differences!
