Posting my weekly win this week - my sweet tooth is diminishing! It was so much easier to turn down desserts and cookies that I normally cave into. I am down another pound. And I pushed it to the next intensity level on my workouts for short bursts. Hoping by the end to be able to push to the advanced levels more often. I have a paddleboard race tomorrow and my timed sprints this week were faster than I’ve ever been in my entire life. So this is working for me.
