2nd week check in.
Still struggling with menu, but think I did at least half. Only got in two workouts this week but did my first yoga class. Lots of fam gathering this week which means lots of food. I went up 3 lbs, but trying to real it back in. I also did a 5k today with my kids. It's been a good week but I need to do better.
