How many years away do you think we are from having our own Esty robots that can make all of our products for us?

I know etsy will not let you post an order in my store how can I check if my ordering system is working correctly

I lowered my price on a few products to get my first 10 reviews then my store picked up, I then put my prices back up and people were still buying.
