Did you workout today?
You know you gotta, if you’re in pain you need to move. Strength training is great but I ran 5k today, and general cardio gets enough endorphins flowing to make you feel good. It sucked, but it was also great. 💪🏼
If you can’t fly, run
If you can’t run, walk
If you can’t walk, crawl
Get your a$$ out of the house!!!
