Gents! Classrooms are being populated with material. It’s slow buts going.

I am struggling with my son-in-law's behavior. He leaves all child rearing and events to our daughter. She goes to scouts with the boys, as well as their games, etc. My wife just came back from her mother's day visit to Virginia. The boys were both getting promoted in scouts and dad laid on the couch and didn't go. They also went to go cart racing while he stayed home. The only reason I missed anything my children were involved in is if I was deployed. I can't understand his level of sorryness. He talks to our daughter like a 2nd class citizen too. It pains me deeply, but I'm not allowed to say anything to him since I'm her stepfather. I need discernment and peace. Thank you for letting me vent.

I pray this word of encouragement helps you. We all go through things, and we all hope that somebody’s going to be there to help us out. Someone’s going to be there to pull us out of the fire, pull us out of the things that we’re going through. Unfortunately, that doesn’t happen, but the great news is that there’s a person next to you. There is an unseen force that will go with it through with you so that way you come out unscathed on the other end.
