Hello everyone. My name is Gabriel Saliba. I'm super happy to be here. I would love to know anyone's age here. I'm probably the oldest guy in the group, I'm 48 and I can tell you with true belief that this style of training in untouchable. I'm a construction worker from Toronto Canada and when I'm not in a machine I'm wheel barrel and shovel, all year around and in every type of weather condition known to man. The time under tension protocol has helped me in ways that I think everyone is over looking, and that's the ability to heal. Building muscle and getting shredded is amazing, you know what's not amazing...getting injured and then not being able to heal from that injury. Working my job, 10 hour shifts, 6 days a week led me to develop golfer's elbow and tennis elbow in my left arm. I didn't stop work, my boss depends on me. I had to compensate with my right arm because the left side was destroyed. Over time my symptoms approved but because of the overcompensating I developed golfer's elbow and tennis elbow in my right arm. So now both arms are fucked. I tried message therapists specialising in ART, active release techniques, shockwave therapy, acupuncture, fat joints of weed and cold pints of beer. As a side not, I believe cold plunges would have worked wonder but this season I wasn't able to get into a tub. Nothing worked until I found Josh, I think that's your name, and started training this style. It completely healed my right arm and my left arm is a lot better but I do get a little bit of pain here and there, but the difference is I believe in my heart that I can heal it because of this training style. I've done less than a dozen workouts and the results that I have seen are fucked up. I'm absolutely blown away at the amount of muscle I've put on and how quickly my injuries have healed. I've been working out since the age of 16. I've done every training style know to man and every training style includes reps. That shit sucks. all it does is cause injury in the long terms, unless your blasting juice. I believe in this with all my heart and I can't wait to truly dive into this protocol.
