Body is smart and body talks, we just need to tune in and listen.
We should not suppress or label any cravings, or even thin it is a lack of willpower. If we keep ignoring this, the message will become stronger, the little craving may turn into fully blown imbalance.
In this session I will cover the reasons behind the most typical cravings - chocolate, sweets, salty and fatty foods. I answer what could be missing and how to help yourself.
And of course, we have to explore some of the non physical aspects too - your moods, patterns etc. It is all one body and we are here make sense of it all.
