Little mindset prompt 😏
I would like to share some thoughts or perhaps I should say patterns I see. It’s easy to keep waiting for the “right moment”… isn’t it? More time. More energy. Less stress. A calmer week. A fresh start. And somehow, it never quite feels like the perfect time to begin. I believe life is not meant I be perfect, that's the whole point we are here, to learn. But what I see again and again is this: It doesn’t actually take a perfect moment to start feeling healthier. It just takes one small step. Then another and another. The women who start to feel a shift in their health aren’t doing anything extreme or rushed. They’re just keeping things simple enough to continue. Not perfection. Not pressure. Not doing everything at once. Allowing mistakes. Learning. Just steady, simple choices over time. I can be quilty in this, I get overly excited and then overwhelm myself with info, to do list or pushing myself. Does this sound familiar and how do you shift that mindset even a tiny little bit ?

@Naturopathic coach Kelli yes when I feel in to the flow and not the resistance, things flow easier. But I've been guilty of waiting for perfection or reflecting too much. So I'm focused in messy, imperfect action. Imperfectly done is better than, perfectly not done.

@Dannielle McAuliffe this is a great idea x
If you joined this community from my Facebook ad and only popped in once… this is for you.
You joined for a reason. Maybe it was: - Weight gain that won’t budge - Inflammation - pain in joints, back etc - Bloating. - Tiredness - Brain fog - Hormonal or thyroid issues - Issues with liver - Autoimmune struggles - Insomnia Or maybe you simply wanted to learn the best way to eat for your health and age. And the beautiful thing is… these are exactly the kinds of things anti-inflammatory eating and clean, nutrient-dense food can support. Then life happened. Maybe you meant to come back “when things calm down.” Maybe you forgot. Maybe you had trouble getting into the hub (if that's you just check for instructions at the bottom). 🫶 One important mindset shift… Don’t let this become something you almost did for your health. And please don’t believe the common myth that real change starts when you finally feel motivated enough. IT DOESN'T Real change starts with one small step before you feel ready. And then another. That’s consistency. You do not need to figure everything out at once. In fact, I don’t want you focused on the big picture right now. One of the biggest mistakes people make is imagining getting healthy means changing everything overnight…giving up all the foods they love, …becoming some kind of “health freak”…and doing it all perfectly - stress, stress, stress. No. That thinking overwhelms people before they begin. The best results I see are with women who take it one day at a time, one step at a time. Simple shifts. Repeated. That’s where momentum comes from. So just come back in… and take one step. That’s enough to begin. CLICK HERE and do only one thing today. Check out the STEP 1. Thats it. Then you sit down and tell yourself that this is enough for today :) If you’ve found your way back, comment I’m here below 👇

I'm here 🙋‍♀️ I'm still quite new, I joined last week but I've been looking around and getting used to the space. I'm here as I suffer with IBS, aching joints and roscea. I want to feel more healthy and energised. I have a big problem with sugar cravings. I wasn't sure if maybe starting on the 7 day sugar reset might be a good 1st step?
