LIVE 31 March: Mindset Patterns That Quietly Slow Down Healing (and How to Reset Them)
In this live session, I talk about the mindset patterns that quietly slow down healing and what you can do to reset them. We explore common habits I see in many women on their health journey — feeling overwhelmed, chasing perfection, rushing results, staying stuck in research mode, or finding it hard to prioritise themselves — and how these can affect the body’s ability to heal. I also share simple mindset shifts that help you move forward with more ease, consistency, and trust in your body, so your healing journey feels calmer and more supportive rather than pressured. 💛 Premium members get access here CLICK HERE
LIVE 31 March: Mindset Patterns That Quietly Slow Down Healing (and How to Reset Them)
@Jo Cahill well, awareness is the first step isn't it. Recognising the patterns and deciding to shift it even just a little bit at the time. I believe lot of our responses are learnt.
@Michelle Lavin For me, in many aspects, it is actuly enough to just notice that this is what I am doing and already I feel less tension and pressure. It's almost like "ok now I know I was lost but now I have a map and direction". lowers stress. And yesss to the yoga Nidra !!!
23 Feb – 1 March 2026: Useful Kitchen Gadgets
Hi everyone, I wanted to share some thoughts on kitchen gadgets that actually make healthy eating easier — the kind that save time, reduce stress, and help you stay consistent, rather than collecting dust in a cupboard 🙃. In my own life, I’ve found a few tools are absolute game-changers: a good-quality air fryer, a powerful blender, and a sturdy whisk. They make cooking more enjoyable, and the best ones are easy to clean, which means you’re far more likely to use them regularly. When it comes to healthy eating, small investments in the right tools can remove friction, reduce decision fatigue, and make it much easier to stick with the changes you want to see. Even just having gadgets that feel effortless to use can transform cooking from a chore into something simple and satisfying. 👉 I’d love to hear from you: Do you have a kitchen tool you swear by? Drop it in the comments — we can all learn from each other, and you might introduce someone to their next game-changer. For Premium Members This week inside the premium section, I’m going deeper with: • A video demo of my most-used kitchen gadgets, showing exactly how I use them in real life and what each tool is best for. • A PDF handout summarising each tool and what jobs it makes easier — perfect for a quick reference in the kitchen. • This week’s special meal plan featuring recipes designed for the air fryer, so you can see just how versatile it can be and pick your favourites. These small tools and tips can make a huge difference in making healthy eating simple, consistent, and even enjoyable. PS. If you haven’t yet, download the Skool App for easy access to the hub wherever you are: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.skool.skoolcommunities&hl=en_AU

6-12 April: Hot Flushes
Hi everyone 💛 This week we’re talking about hot flushes — something a lot of women deal with, especially during menopause. I see so many of you busy, juggling life, thinking “I just have to put up with this,” but the good news is, there are some simple things that can actually help. A few easy ones to start with — I’ve seen these tips really help: - Hydration is key. Drinking enough water helps your body regulate temperature and keeps circulation steady — even a little dehydration can make flushes feel worse. Aim minimum for 1,5-2 l a day. - Sage tea. This is an old favourite for a reason and if often works really well — it can help calm sweating and hot flushes. Sipping 1-2 cups each day is an easy, gentle way to support yourself. It can be hot or cold. - Notice your triggers. Foods, alcohol, stress, or even heat can make flushes more intense. Just being aware can help you make little changes that add up. Even these small steps can make your day feel a bit more manageable. For Premium Members Here’s what’s inside the hub this week: - Video "What Makes Hot Flushes Worse or Better" : How foods, drinks and lifestyle aspects can make hot flushes worse and what to do about it, I speak from experience. - PDF Handout "Hot Flush Relief Through Foods": A practical guide to the best foods and all the herbs for hormone balance and lowering inflammation. - Meal Plan: Recipes to help balance blood sugar, reduce inflammation, and support your hormones long-term. 💛 Drop a comment if you’ve got questions or tips that work for you — it’s always so helpful to share what actually makes a difference in real life!
