Hi everyone,
Today we’re focusing on fluid retention — something almost every woman experiences at some stage of life. Many people assume it’s simply from eating too much salt, but in reality it’s often connected to low-grade inflammation, circulation, hormones, and how well the body is moving fluids through the lymphatic system.
It’s also one of those things that can show up in subtle ways — puffiness in the face, feeling swollen in the fingers or ankles, rings feeling tighter, or that general sense of heaviness or bloating during certain times of the month or during stressful or busy periods.
Another important thing to understand is that fluid retention is often a signal from the body, not just a cosmetic issue. When we support digestion, reduce inflammation, move our body regularly, and choose foods that help the body regulate fluids better, many people notice a big improvement.
This is why I like talking about this topic — because small adjustments can actually make a noticeable difference.
