Why most don't achieve their desired goals...
If someone wants to achieve something they generally place the outcome in their mind and start doing things that will lead to them to achieving that goal. Do you agree 💯 Yet studies show that only 15% of goals are actually achieved - WHY do you think that is ? 🤔 The number #1 reason we don't Achieve what we want is that our Desires are NOT aligned with our Values at the sub conscious level. The above strategy is a conscious approach and the conscious mind is literally millions of times less powerful than our sub conscious mind in fact the sub conscious mind is taking care of trillions of things including body functions per second. AND when we want something, if it is not in ALIGNMENT with your sub conscious values you will eventually drop away from the behaviour required to achieve the goal. Ever heard of people who don't fully commit - drop out - don't carry through - lose interest - etc this is ALL part of the above, not being in ALIGNMENT. Another reason for not achieving stuff: is GOALS need to be taken out of the head and transferred onto either paper (old Skool) or a device or something - WHY - 🤔 Because we live such busy lives, our creative ideas will be very exciting at the beginning but as days go by they begin to slip back deeper into the mind and eventually we begin to forget, or lose interest, etc. AND having them in your line of sight👁️for example will keep your FOCUS and Attention on your goal until you achieve it. IF UNCERTAIN make sure you watch our MINDFiT Overview in the classroom as it addresses this in one of the videos... So write down your GOALS and keep them somewhere you can view them on a daily basis - GOALS need to be broken down also into smaller GOALS that lead you towards the OUTCOME, daily achievements etc. To give you an better understanding I'll describe it a metaphoric way: A person wants to earn big dollars with in a job, they say, 'they'll do anything to get that amazing high paying job.... They finally get that job of their dreams, and it includes a lot of travel.

In NLP & Psychology there's a term called 'Association and Dissociation' - in a nut shell A = higher emotional experiences and D = a more objective view... If you feel more emotional in some experiences your probably more associated in your memories (experiences) and the opposite is true in regards to Dissociation. This can vary with different experiences of course - each memory is coded differently, that's what makes human behaviour and YOU unique 🫶 Why does it matter - YOU CAN CHANGE HOW YOU EXPERIENCE - Information through your Mind including Past Experience which you can change and influence both Past and Future Events. "You're in Charge of Your Mind - Therefore Your Results" - NLP Presupposition When used within tools and techniques: HOW Fears & Phobias are removed - Dissociation IMPROVED Performance is developed - Assciation If you think you could benefit from this experience in any way, leave a comment below... 🤔 Stay Safe 🙏 DW
