To get back on track with my daily walks - I let the snow deter me but there are local indoor options✅
To set aside 5 min each day on a timer and just "imagine" how I want things to look✅
I don't know if it is the same for any of you, but I find imagining a difficult task. Maybe I am just jaded after a tough stretch and need the practice.
