Day 16 and 17 of 21
The past couple of days have been very challenging for me with meal prep. I was able to go to the gym and work out at 5:30am and drum class at 6:30pm the same day. I have increased my water and kept my meals under 1200 calories. My allergies and long days are getting the best of me, but I am staying focused. What are your challenges? How are you coping with the change in the seasons? This is a lifestyle change not a marathon so one day at a time one meal at a time.
