Monk Mode Fuel Checklist
Subtitle: The Daily Structure to Build Focus, Energy & Presence
🌅 Morning:
✅ Wake at same time daily✅ Cold exposure or movement within 10 mins✅ 15 min of silence or journaling✅ No phone until after first task or 1 hour
⚔️ Midday:
✅ Train or move with intent (strength/cardio)✅ Eat clean, high-protein meals✅ Midday walk or unplug break✅ 5 min reset breathwork (box or nasal)
🌙 Evening:
✅ Phone off 1 hour before bed✅ Gratitude journal (3 wins)✅ Read (10 pages)✅ Sleep 7–8 hours minimum
