Most people try to grow by doing more I have been guilty of this. Posting more, saying more and adding more value.
But the real issue is that people don’t feel seen. If someone reads your post and thinks“this isn’t about me” they continue to scroll.
Give this a try instead; Speak to how they feel “If you’re feeling stuck or overthinking… this might help”
A simple shift before you post, ask yourself; “Would they feel understood reading this?”. You don’t need more content. What you need is more connection.
