Hi.

I am really excited about this group. My name is Shannon.

If you are male identifying or know men who are looking to expand their emotional intelligence to move beyond the current masculinity code.... plz take a moment to check out this group.

I'm a licensed therapist and coach and I have spent well over 10,000 hours mapping the relational intelligence necessary to address the leadership challenges we collectively face.

The Practice Field is specifically for men who feel a pull to engage in solutions to create an equitable non-violent world.

We will start at ground zero. To build a new world we have to confront the patterns and challenges of our current mindsets first.

My intent is to make this work more affordable than 1:1 coaching while maintaining the value.

Weekly hot-seat coaching calls, supportive discussion threads and community will be the hallmarks of this space.
