Everyone tells you to wake up at 5 AM, "eat the frog," and block out every minute of your calendar. They are wrong. 🛑
​For years, we've been sold the lie that success requires cookie-cutter routines. But for most of us, especially in our 40s—forcing these rigid systems doesn't make us more productive. It just makes us burned out. 📉
​Whether your brain is wired a little differently or you're just officially done with the pressure to be perfectly optimized, the old rules are completely broken.
