Let me ask you this, do you know how to start working out / bulking?
The answer is most likely, yes.
You have probably seen tons of educational videos on exactly someones workout routine on TikTok or something and how they track their calories or something.
Yet you still are not doing it.
Why is that?
It is because you lack three vital things…
  1. Community!
  2. Support!
  3. Accountability!
If you do not have those three things you will get cooked, unless you are a disciplined person to start with but yeah.
Anyways you get the idea, and the reason I bring this up, is if you care about getting healing trauma results, you gotta nail this!
