I play Marvel Rivals when I should be working. Listen to what someone asked me about staying motivated... I created a post last week offering to answer people's marketing and other biz question by video, and someone submitted this one:
Nick, how do u deal with inconsistency? This is the main issue I am struggling with. All day I have in mind only to make money, but when it comes time to take action and work, I just black out or don't work. Sometimes I will work for some days then don't work for many days.
I am really inconsistent, but I have a lot of knowledge, better than 95% percent of agency owners easily. I believe in myself that if I actually lock in I will make it, but the issue is I can't lock in or become consistent.
