My Sunday Routine — How I Prep for the Week
Sundays are my reset. They’re not about relaxing... they’re about disconnecting, recalibrating, so can re-align. I use Sunday to make sure my mind, body, and environment are in sync before the week begins. So I can go harder the next week. 1. I Clean My Space First thing — I reset my environment. I clean my home, wash my clothes, organize my workspace, de clutter, tidy up and clear all visual clutter. A chaotic environment creates a chaotic mind. When my space is clean, I think sharper, move faster, and feel grounded. 2. I Review My Week Before planning forward, I look back. I go through last week’s notes and ask myself: - What moved the needle? - What drained my energy? - What needs to be improved or delegated? It’s never emotional — it’s just data. I use that to adjust my strategy. 3. I Plan the Week Ahead Then I open my calendar. I block out my training, deep work, meetings, content sessions, family time, and rest time. Everything has its place..from content to Muay Thai sessions and even my walks and creative blocks. I make sure my schedule reflects my goals and my energy. 4. I Prepare Everything for the Week This is where I lock everything in physically. I do my meal prep for the next few days: make sure my protein, peptides, and supplements are ready. I map out gym times for each day and plan my training split. I stock my fridge, set up my supplements, organize my clothes, and refill my water jugs. When Monday hits, I don’t want to think..I want to execute. 5. I Organize My Digital Life I clear my phone and laptop: delete screenshots, organize folders, clear emails, and reset my Notion dashboard. I want zero clutter before Monday. That way, when I open my laptop in the morning, I’m stepping into a system, not chaos. 6. I Reset My Mind & Body I take the rest of the day to disconnect, meditate and recharge. I’ll journal, do a sauna/ice bath sesh, get a massage, and even walk in silence. This helps me release tension from the week and ground back into my body...no phone, no noise, just recalibration so I can go harder the next week.
