Hello everyone, I am a new grad PMHNP board certified in KY. Ive been applying to jobs since February and everyone wants experience. Figuring out how to get experience without a job. I'll find a way because I'm stubborn like that. Wandering what others are doing? Can you do do tele health without experience?

Hey everyone — excited to be here and learn from this group of incredible NPs. A bit about me: I work closely with 30+ NPs who either own or oversee independently owned clinics (primarily TMS clinics), and I’m happy to share insights into what’s been working well for them. While I’m not an NP just yet, I currently spend most of my time building automations and managing operations for two TMS clinics in Southern California. Looking forward to learning from you all and contributing where I can—from a current operator and future NP perspective.
