1.14 - An Update! 🌟
As we are fast approaching the Rave New Year when the Sun enters Gate 41.1 (which this year will be on January 22nd) - I am preparing to launch more resources to share in this group!
I feel called to share supportive Expanded States Breathwork journey recordings that you can listen to anytime through this "Portal" (yes- you may have noticed there's been a group name update!)
I always want to keep a free option available for this group so you can participate and follow along with the updates and shares I'll be doing on the gate transits as we move through 2026! ✨
For the breathwork journey content, there will be a $22/month option to subscribe for new content uploaded each month. I chose to go this route as it takes time and energy to create these breathwork sets and I want it to be a special container with support and guidance.
Working in expanded states is powerful work, and I'm honored to offer my support in this space as you explore your inner guidance (also referred to - your inner guiding intelligence)
We all have the ability to access this guidance when we slow down, and do breathwork practices to quiet our DMN (default mode network) that is attached to our ego mind.
When we allow this process to occur within, we have access to downloads of insights, inspiration and guidance from our connection to Source.
