Hello everyone, thank you for being here and I'm glad you found this space. My intention is to create an online space for intuitives interested in self-discovery and growth, to connect and share in our process and feel supported by each other. My main focus here is to share Breathwork for expanded states, which helps insights and integration for other areas of our lives. These practices have been so instrumental for my own personal growth, healing, and understanding. I can't wait to share more with you! I'm also a bit of a Human Design nerd 🤓, and love to explore the relationship between energy centers, transits, and our own personal designs - in an ever-unfolding state of becoming!
