220x10 PB for me with a lot left in the tank! End of the Anaconda Protocol which we used as a GPP block to build work capacity with light 10x10's as I haven't been consistent in a long time with injuries so my GPP is very bad! My posterior is a million miles ahead of everything else now at the moment so a quad dominant block next will sort out a lot of things for my overhead and deadlift!

I was sent this video yesterday from a guy on instagram! Throwback to this time 2023, my last deadlift PB, done with a broken toe too! The JMSTRENGTH crew won best male and best female lifter here with Claire McKinnon and myself winning the overall and Claire also setting a Scottish national deadlift record!

Another solid session today 💪🏼 70 for 4 sets of 8, enjoyed doing the blast press but the first few sets were sloppy the last set was definitely the cleanest

Some soft tissue this Saturday should free up some more upward rotation range, very poor atm and Monday I'm hoping to see a biomechanical specialist who's knowledge far surpasses my own! Only man for the job at this stage! Let me know if you like these style training videos!
