A very small weekly win but I've been keeping on top of my steps - increasing from 4k daily week 1 to 5k daily week 2 & now onto 6k this week. As someone who probably did about 300ish a day, this has been a big change! But good to keep moving!! I'd lost focus elsewhere throughout the week - mainly work-related, it's a bin fire for me atm 🫠 - but following check in, feel more motivated to stick to plan and use James a bit more for help! So onwards & upwards for Week 3 💪🏻
