6.95kg down!
Haven't posted in a while but celebrating a 6.95kg loss since the start of the programme! 🎉 Next step is to get over the 7kg line.....want to end the programme as close to 100kg as I can (currently 105kg)!

Got 10 reps of 70kg on ther log yesterday and most reps iv done of 70 before this was 5 so doubled the reps💪🏼 first few reps shown in the video ✅

So Week 4 starts today & since weighing myself on 1st November (joining up day), I'm down 5kgs already 🎉

-5inches from waist -4 inches from chest and hips... think its been 3 weeks. happy with that!
Step count
A very small weekly win but I've been keeping on top of my steps - increasing from 4k daily week 1 to 5k daily week 2 & now onto 6k this week. As someone who probably did about 300ish a day, this has been a big change! But good to keep moving!! I'd lost focus elsewhere throughout the week - mainly work-related, it's a bin fire for me atm 🫠 - but following check in, feel more motivated to stick to plan and use James a bit more for help! So onwards & upwards for Week 3 💪🏻
