Week 1 done ✔️
Week 1 is done & I have to say I'm feeling great. Have dropped some weight already (just under 2kg), remained consistent with my steps and really enjoying the meal plan. Felt a bit derailed on the weekend as I was away but have some ideas as to manage it better in the future.
Some tweaks as we now go into week 2 for some variety but looking forward to getting on 💪🏻
