Me and James worked on my mobility from day one, ankle and hip mobility mainly. I went from not being able to body weight squat bare foot with out my heals lifting off the floor, to doing slow eccentric squats with full range of motion, and back squatting up to 200kg for reps bare foot with no lift in the ankles.
We worked on a full body re comp. Body weight came down a nice bit, a big loss in body fat and a nice gain in muscle mass. All while keeping my strength where it was.
Looking forward to a big strenght building phase now and no doubt James will work his magic there too!
