Goal: Envision your most powerful future self—and begin feeling it now
🔥 DAY 1: See It — The Future You Desire
Prompt:
Close your eyes. Take 3 deep breaths. Now imagine it's 1–5–10 years in the future—whatever feels most aligned.You’ve broken through what once held you back. You’ve become the person you’ve always known you could be. If it feels better to journal it out, that's perfectly fine too. Ask yourself:
- Where are you?
- What does your environment look like?
- What kind of energy do you carry?
- Who’s around you?
- How do people respond to your presence?
- What are you doing every day that lights you up?
✨ Let your mind wander without limitation. Let yourself see it.
💓 DAY 2: Feel It — Embody the Future Now
Prompt:
Close your eyes and return to that version of you.But this time, feel into it.
Ask yourself:
- What does it feel like to live with this level of peace, clarity, and purpose?
- What emotions are present in your body?
- What beliefs does your future self hold about life, love, and their worthiness?
- How do they walk into a room? Breathe? Speak?
💡 Now bring just 10% of that energy into your body right now. Sit with it. Anchor it.Say out loud: “This is who I am becoming.”
⚡️ DAY 3: Ground It — Bridge the Gap
Prompt:
Today, you meet your future self. They walk up to you, smile, and say:“I’m so proud of you. You didn’t quit. You kept going—and look where we are now.”
Ask your future self:
- What daily habits helped you become who you are?
- What did you stop doing or let go of?
- What mattered most when things got hard?
- What would you tell me to focus on next?
📝 Journal your future self’s answers. Then write:“Thank you. I’m coming for you & I won't let you down.”
Finish with 3 deep breaths, anchoring the vision into your nervous system.
A reminder as you do this practice:
At the end of each session, say: “It’s already within me. I just needed to remember.”
