Just need to share this with you, cause it was awesome! I just did a meditation from one of my favourite YouTube channels, she just posted it a few days ago. I love her videos, but this one has been specially powerful. The meditation starts with 15 minutes of breath work; I had never done any other meditation like this, they all ask you to focus on the breath and slow it down to relax the body, etc., but this one is kind of a breath workout.
Anyways, I won't make the explanation too long, but the feeling of peace and bliss is amazing, the second part of the meditation she just lets you to BE there, surrendered, just floating in the void, your body feels so relaxed and refreshed, and the mind is resting as well, it just feels so good. So thought it would be very selfish of me not to share it here with you all! 🤣
