Self Love Changes What You Tolerate
What's one thing you've stopped tolerating because you've learned to love yourself more? For me, it would definitely be choosing not to surround myself with people who aren't willing to grow. I used to hold on to relationships with people who would rather criticize, complain, or try to pull others down than do the work on themselves. Learning to love myself meant protecting my peace and surrounding myself with people who are committed to growing, healing, and becoming better. Growth often isn't about what we add. Sometimes it's about what we're no longer willing to accept. What's one thing you've stopped tolerating? Share below 👇
give yourself time
sometimes life is going to give us seasons that require us to surrender... completely let go... so we can go through the pain that eventually leads us to our freedom. sometimes there are no quick fixes.. or any fixes at all, other than time itself. so... give yourself time.. time to process.. time to grieve.. time to feel. it's all good.. it's human.. it's healing.. the external doesn't take care of the internal.. the internal takes care of the external.. so go inwards.. that's where your treasure is, and has always been. I believe in you so much
What's one belief you had to let go of that changed your life?
for me it was realizing NO ONE is thinking about me like I think they are. I spent a LOT of years giving my energy to what other ppl thought. Once I began to let that go.. and realize they have enough of their own problems to worry about me.. It free'd me in more ways than I could ever imagine. What's that one belief you let go of that helped change your life? Drop it below 👇

3 ways to let go of the past
Letting go isn't about pretending the past never happened. It's about refusing to let it keep deciding who you become. One of the biggest shifts you can make is to stop asking, "Why did this happen to me?" and start asking, "What did this teach me?" The moment you find the lesson, you stop carrying the experience as a burden and start carrying it as wisdom. That's when you begin to realize life has been happening for you all along. Another thing that's helped me is remembering to forgive the version of myself that didn't know what I know now. We all make decisions with the level of awareness we have in that moment. Don't hold your past self to today's level of understanding. Honor who you were, appreciate what you learned, and keep moving forward. And finally, remember this... The past is your teacher. It was never meant to become your home. Take the lessons. Leave the weight behind. Your future needs your presence far more than your past needs your attention. What's one lesson your past has taught you that you're genuinely grateful for today? I'd love to hear it below.

I made a mistake…
… and I Feel ashamed My beautiful girlfriend and I stopped smoking - and I’m so grateful to finally be free. Yesterday we were celebrating CSD and having a great time. She wanted to smoke so bad and got a cigarette from somebody. I got so angry in my belly and heart area that I closed the door and didn’t want to talk to her anymore. I was pissed. And thus the rest of the day was cold and there was a distance between us. I want to be the man were she feels safe and even when she makes mistakes just accepting her - but I failed. So… still feeling ashamed. Asked for forgiveness and we‘ll recover. I cried a lot yesterday when I thought about how I treated her. Now I’m trying not to dramatize it but move forward
