Primer Question
Best primer suggestions for 75 year old lath and plaster walls and ceiling. One room mold stain on ceiling. Another room, soot stain on wall and ceiling from candles. Ceilings are hand troweled with individual patterns for each room. Going to paint a flat vintage white/ivory. I already assume I’ll have to purchase a couple of different primers to accommodate each problem.
