Josh, Thanks for the reply! I have only used the BIN primer one other time in a similar situation and applied 2 coats because I was unsure, but it did seem like a little overkill. I think it states on the can that only 1 coat is needed but then you have paints that try to make the same claim. Thought I would ask someone with more experience with the product. I really appreciate your help. You saved me a lot of work and time. Also, I agree 100% with the respirator advice. Thanks again.
