Hello and a warm welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. The Flow Collective is a space for women to move, learn, and feel supported through the changing seasons of their bodies. Inside this community we explore things like: - Yoga and movement that supports your body’s natural rhythms - Conversations about hormones, perimenopause, and cycle awareness - Education to help you better understand your body - Workshops, open houses and gatherings - Intuitive guidance - A supportive community of women navigating similar experiences This is a place where we can slow down, reconnect with our bodies, and support each other along the way. I created the Flow Collective because so many women are navigating these changes alone, and we deserve spaces where we can talk openly, learn, and support one another. I’m so happy you’re here. Summer is arriving. Lets take a breath
The calendars begin filling. Plans are being made. The pace of life naturally starts to pick up. And before we know it, we're moving from one thing to the next without ever stopping to check in with ourselves. The Pause Portal begins Tuesday šŸ’œ A gentle 3-day online experience for women navigating peri-menopause. A chance to slow down. Take a breath. Reconnect with yourself. And create a little space before summer settles in. Because sometimes the most supportive thing we can do is pause intentionally. Cancelling plans and slowing down
This weekend, my boyfriend looked at me and said, "I really don't want to go. I just want to have a nice relaxing day with you." So we cancelled our plans. We went for breakfast, wandered through the farmers' market, enjoyed the sunshine, listened to music, and simply slowed down. It was perfect. Not because we did anything extraordinary. But because we gave ourselves permission to pause. Sometimes the most nourishing thing we can do is say no to one thing so we can say yes to ourselves. šŸ’œ Tomorrow we gather inside The Pause Portal. A gentle space for women in perimenopause to slow down, reconnect, and take a breath.
