Hello and a warm welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. The Flow Collective is a space for women to move, learn, and feel supported through the changing seasons of their bodies. Inside this community we explore things like: - Yoga and movement that supports your body’s natural rhythms - Conversations about hormones, perimenopause, and cycle awareness - Education to help you better understand your body - Workshops, open houses and gatherings - Intuitive guidance - A supportive community of women navigating similar experiences This is a place where we can slow down, reconnect with our bodies, and support each other along the way. I created the Flow Collective because so many women are navigating these changes alone, and we deserve spaces where we can talk openly, learn, and support one another. I’m so happy you’re here.
