What I wish I would have known sooner...
Here's something I wish someone told me sooner about running ads for my Skool community: You don't have to choose between growing it and running it.
I used to spend so much time trying to be visible... posting, showing up, hoping the right people would find me.
And while I was doing all of that I had almost no energy left to actually serve the people already inside.
Ads fixed that.
Now the ads run and new members find me. And I just focus on showing up for the people in the room.
That's it. That's the whole shift.
