Don’t die with your story trapped inside of you
You think you aren’t creative and you can’t paint.
Wrong.
In our community, we are learning that pretty flowers are nice but
a burning castle behind us while we are walking thru the water is GOLD!
We paint:
🔥 grief
🔥 obsession
🔥 survival
🔥 memories that built us to the person we are today.
We start with the memory first.
Then we build the visual language around it:
COLOR.
TEXTURE.
SYMBOLS.
MOOD.
Until we have generated something that actually feels like a piece of your life staring back at you.
And almost everyone starts the same way:
“I can’t draw.”
“I’m not artistic.”
“I don’t have talent.”
