New investor onboarded this morning although not bespoke am reaching out to network for anything on your books!
Property Type: Houses
Locations: Open but more specifically Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire & South Yorkshire (possibly South Wales)
Budget: Up to £300K cash available but looking at properties between 90-100K purchase price.
Strategy: BRR – aiming to recycle as much capital as possible, ideally leaving no more than £10K in the deal post-refinance
Yield Goal: Around £250 per month net
Condition: Properties requiring renovation, but no major structural issues
Timeline: Looking to move ASAP and scale to 4–6 properties by the end of the year
