- Finally got my website somewhere near complete and launched it. Any comments would be welcomed https://suburban-property.co.uk
- Thought I had a fantastic deal in the bag today but after speaking with the estate agent I quickly realised that they charge a premium fee up front so I can’t see how I could make that work unless I was buying it for myself… not really a win I suppose 🤣
- Value has gone up quite a bit on my rental over the last couple of months, just in time to refinance at the end of the month and pull some money out to start building up my portfolio 🤑
- The sun has been shining in Edinburgh today 😎👌
