Hiring tips
Hi everyone, I’m looking to hire my first full-time salaried electrician. I’ve tried putting out advertisements displayed at Electrical wholesalers. Haven’t had much luck with this and had zero interest. Does anyone got any tips or had an experience on the best way (and place) to hire good talent?
