AI Isn’t Replacing Small Businesses - It’s Fixing Operational Leaks
Lately I’ve been really interested in how AI can be used for simple real-world automation instead of just content generation.
One thing I keep thinking about is how many small businesses still lose opportunities because basic follow-up systems either don’t exist or are overly complicated.
Either they aren't configured correctly or are overpriced and business owners don't use it to its full potential. It seems like there’s a huge gap between powerful AI tools and practical day-to-day implementation for normal operators.
Right now I’ve mostly been experimenting with workflows, automations, lead response systems, and ways AI can reduce repetitive tasks without making interactions feel robotic.
Curious where things go over the next couple years because it feels like we’re still super early.
