I hear you. This was a hard 10k
I drove between cities today and watched my friend's 1-year-old. Walked at a park and only did 4k steps there, and had to come home late and finish. No matter what the excuse is. (and we do have some valid ones sometimes. Try to finish when it is within your means. Every small decision matters. Go for it. It is rewarding; it hurts, but it is a pain that is good for you, a pain that refines you.

Day 46 Reflections here !
This is hard ! Being sedentary makes it really hard to hit the 10K but what else to do? We have no choice but push because if we cannt do at least 7K-10k per day how can we hope for any real physical change? Weight loss? Muscle gain etc …? Do we really want this ? Do we want to see real change? I do what about you?

Day 46 Reflections here !
Reached my daily goal
Not bad for a second day. 20 mins on walking pad + house chores + a walk in the park.
Reached my daily goal
