Yoga Renewal (The Yoga Revolution) is not a fitness program or a performance-based yoga practice.
It is a therapeutic, somatic approach to movement, breath, and rest that supports people through renewal, transition, and change. Drawing from Hatha Yoga, developmental movement repatterning, embodied anatomy, and decades of hands-on experience, I guide students to restore natural movement patterns, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with the body’s innate intelligence.
This work is for those who feel called to begin again—gently, honestly, and with deep respect for the body’s timing.
