Good people! 🙌 We hit 100 members this week.
That’s a huge milestone — and a testament to you for showing up for your creativity and for each other.
I spent years writing alone, wishing a space like this existed — one built on honesty, momentum, and genuine support.
When I launched The Forge, I figured maybe a dozen writers would show up.
Now it’s become something real — because you made it real.
Before we move on to what’s next (more content, courses, deeper dives), I want to start a tradition:
👉 Naming and counting our wins.
Too often we writers only celebrate the big ones — finishing drafts, landing reps, or getting 100 funny, articulate, smart-AF people to join a Skool group in under a month (are you kidding me?!).
But it’s the small victories that actually make those big wins possible.
✅ Wrote a single page when you didn’t feel like it
✅ Reworked a scene that wasn’t clicking
✅ Offered feedback to someone who needed it
✅ Put your own work out for notes even though it scared you
✅ Showed up to a new community even though part of you thought, “What’s the point?”
Those quiet, consistent wins — that’s what builds creative lives.
Anyone can write when they’re inspired.
Real writers show up anyway.
My win this week: You. This community.
100 people proving that small steps, done consistently, create something extraordinary.
Now your turn — what’s your win this week?
